An instruction filters through the air, dispersing.
Pushed onward by the hope it may impress,
Alas! It falls only on deaf, distracted ears.
Ah, it's our English classe. Or at least it's the impression I get as I sit in back having fun w/ my neighbors.

wow... I just re-read my poem. It always gives a new light to read something in another setting. It kinda sucked. Very kindergarden... I'll have to fix it. It's too choppy and the verse needs pleanty of work too.... well it was an honest 15 minute try. I don't usually write ones so long. Calliope forgive me.
Into the darkest, Dawn arrives.
She smiles with both her mouth and eyes.
New-shorn hair that crinkles and waves,
Sometimes ordered to smooth out straight.
Bashful,
Modest,
Humble,
Strong.
All these and more, describe our Dawn.
Though many colours dress her too.
Purples show whose shirt she’ll wear-
Sunrise hails a golden hue.
Graceful,
Honest,
Smart,
Creative.
Yet again an adjective,
Is meager far, to one like she.
For Dawn is something very special,
Particular to each she’ll see.
Pretty
Gentle
Never crass
She gently touches all who pass,
They smile thanks to this gentle charmer
A little happier than they were last,
She left them all a little warmer.
OK, so maybe some of those rhymes were a bit of a stretch. oh well. I was supposed to be writing my recommendation letter, but why stay on task when you can finish the lettre later? Nothing gets done until the last moment anyway. I'll refine the poem later perhaps. And I hope anyone who reads it can tell what it's about.
